Shipping

Mothers World NZ is happy to provide FREE shipping NZ wide on all orders over $75. All in stock orders will be shipped within three working days of the order being placed. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as practical.

We are committed to meeting all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, Fair Trading Act and other relevant legislation.

Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all tags attached.

To return your product, please use the return courier bag provided. This service is FREE! Simply place items in returns bag and drop to your local Post Office, Courier Post depo or call to book a pick up.

If the free return shipping bag has been misplaced, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please email us on mothersworldnz@gmail.com with your order number, receipt or other proof of purchase. The shipping cost will not be refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days of your parcel being received.

Exchanges

Yes we can exchange for a different size if we have one in stock. Please follow the returns process above noting which item you would like to exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Faulty items

Please let us know as soon as you are aware of a fault by emailing mothersworldnz@gmail.com.

Late or missing refunds

Payment providers can take up to 10 working days to process refunds. If you have any concerns about the process, please email us mothersworldnz@gmail.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Non returnable items

Non returnable items include:

  • Items marked as final sale/clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Underwear
  • Earrings or other jewelery

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
